With over 20 years of leadership experience, Pastor Alicia has held a variety of influential roles, including Executive Pastor, licensed marriage and family therapist, and successful entrepreneur. Her journey began with a strong foundation in Information Systems, followed by a bachelor's degree in Theology and Leadership from William Jessup University. Building upon her knowledge and expertise, she later completed her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary.
Pastor Alicia's faith journey has been marked by a profound encounter with Christ. In 1990, at Wings of Faith Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, she dedicated her life to Him and discovered an unquenchable thirst for the Word of God. Since then, she has faithfully served as a licensed minister of the gospel, shepherding congregations in Los Angeles, CA, and Oslo, Norway. Today, she serves as our esteemed Executive Pastor at Maranatha Christian Center, working alongside her husband, Dr. Tyrone Partee, who serves as our Senior Pastor.
Beyond her ministry roles, Pastor Alicia's leadership prowess has been honed through a diverse range of professional experiences. She has effectively led projects and teams in various industries, spanning from Fortune 500 companies to innovative start-ups and impactful nonprofits in Silicon Valley. Her exceptional skills as a director, project manager, corporate trainer, and nonprofit board member have made her a respected figure in the world of leadership.
With a heart full of love and compassion, Pastor Alicia is also deeply committed to her family. She and her husband share a beautiful blended family, blessed with seven children and five grandchildren. Their loving and nurturing environment serves as a testament to the values they hold dear.
